One of Penfold Associates’ first assignments was an environmental scanning exercise to help Cheshire-based Weaver Vale Housing Trust review its Corporate Plan.The Board and Executive Management Team used our report as the basis of a SWOT analysis. Steve Jennings, WVHT’s Chief Executive, was so pleased with our input that he wrote to tell us: “Members were impressed with your report and it really helped us in arriving at a series of clear actions that we need to take forward”.
